TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to The Garage Pilates (“TGP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of classes, memberships, packages, events, and other services offered by The Garage Pilates.
By creating an account, purchasing a class, package, or membership, booking a class, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service.

ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and current account, contact, and payment information.
Your account is personal to you. Classes, memberships, and packages may not be transferred, shared, or resold unless expressly authorized by TGP.
Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete any required consent and waiver documentation before participating.

CLASS BOOKINGS
Classes are subject to availability and must be reserved through TGP's approved booking system.
Clients are responsible for confirming the correct class, date, time, and location before completing a reservation.
TGP reserves the right to modify instructors, class formats, schedules, or studio operations when reasonably necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans change. To allow other clients the opportunity to attend, reservations must be canceled at least 6 hours before the scheduled class start time.
A cancellation made within 6 hours of the scheduled class is considered a Late Cancellation.
For clients with qualifying memberships, a Late Cancellation may result in a $15 late-cancellation fee.
For clients using class packages or individual class credits, a Late Cancellation may result in the loss of the class credit associated with that reservation.

NO-SHOW POLICY
A client who reserves a class and does not attend without properly canceling the reservation will be considered a No-Show.
Membership clients may be charged a $20 no-show fee.
Clients using individual classes or class packages may lose the applicable class credit in addition to any fee disclosed at the time of purchase.

LATE ARRIVALS
Clients should arrive with enough time to prepare for class and be ready at the scheduled start time.
For the safety of the client and other participants, clients arriving 5 minutes class has begun may not be permitted to participate.
Whether a late client may enter is determined by TGP staff or the instructor based on safety, class conditions, and potential disruption to other clients.
Being denied entry because of late arrival may be treated as a Late Cancellation or No-Show.

MEMBERSHIPS & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Certain TGP memberships automatically renew according to the billing frequency disclosed at the time of purchase.
By purchasing an auto-renewing membership, you authorize TGP and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for recurring membership fees and other authorized charges in accordance with your membership agreement.
The price, billing frequency, minimum commitment, cancellation requirements, and other material membership terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on your account.
If a payment cannot be processed, TGP may temporarily suspend booking privileges or membership access until the account is brought current.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
Clients on a membership must give a 30 day cancellation notice to info@thegaragepilates.
Any cancellation terms applicable to a specific membership will be presented before purchase and are incorporated into these Terms.

PACKAGES, CREDITS & EXPIRATION
Class packages and promotional credits may have expiration dates. Applicable expiration dates will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, unused or expired credits are not redeemable for cash.
Membership credits and class packages are intended for the individual who purchased them and may not be shared or transferred without TGP's approval.

PRICING & PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change.
Any price change affecting an existing recurring membership will be communicated as required by applicable law and the terms of the applicable membership.

REFUNDS
Except where otherwise stated or required by law, purchases of classes, packages, memberships, promotional offers, events, and other services are final and non-refundable.
TGP may issue a refund, account credit, or other accommodation at its discretion when appropriate.

WAITLISTS
When a class is full, clients may have the option to join a waitlist.
If a space becomes available, clients may be automatically added to the class depending on the booking system and applicable waitlist settings.
